Founded last January 5, 1999, a company named B.H. UNIQUE MARKETING CO. LTD. first put up its operation on its previous location located at 959 Liwanag Compound, De Castro Subdivision, Valenzuela City. The company is engaged in the importation and trading of quality home appliances and water treatment products. The company acquires the partnership of “Guang Tong Industrial Group” of Mainland, China, the manufacturer of some branded appliances exported to the Philippines since 1980. The company’s Sales & Marketing team has exerted its effort to introduce and penetrate its carrier brand “Eureka Home Appliance” in the local market. In June 10, 2002, in order to expand the market locally, the company has opened its own marketing arm which is known as Blue Speed Marketing.
In the same year, the company has expanded its market in the distribution of House brand Water Dispenser in which eight (8) different models of water dispenser were allocate in the same year nationwide alone.
In 2004, B.H. UNIQUE MARKETING CO. LTD. had diversified its local products. The first product distribute was Eureka Plastic and Industrial Electric Fans.
In 2005, the company initiated and introduced the “AQUAPRIME” brand 5-Stage Reverse Osmosis System Water Purifier. In the same year, the company had received three (3) major awards given by the prestigious award giving body, the Philippine Marketing Excellence Award, namely: The Most Outstanding Washing Machine Specialists, The Most Outstanding Water Dispenser Specialists and The Most Outstanding Reverse Osmosis Filter Specialists for the year 2004.
Due to unexpected circumstances Blue Speed Marketing has change its company name to QUALITE MARKETING on November 25, 2008. Since then the company’s expansion has started and as part of its expansion the company needs a bigger space and had to relocate its operation to E. Rodriguez Road, Sta. Rosa 1, Marilao, Bulacan. To further fulfill the company’s mission and vision, the company had to open another corporation which will cater to some of its business transactions nationwide. Thus, EUREKA ELECTRIC APPLIANCES PHILIPPINES CORP. was incorporated in 2009. It was in the same year when the company had obtained its PS Mark certificate license from one of the certifying body of the Department of Trade and Industry, giving the company the authority to manufacture different models of electric fan locally. Another successful project happens in 2010, when the company started manufacturing single tub model of washing machine. It is also in the same year when the company planned and implemented to set up its injection machines. These machines can supply/produce some of the spare parts (Plastic) needed for the production of electric fan and washing machine.
The company traded its products to small, medium and large stores from Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Stores like Makro, Homeworks, FC home Center, Altura’s Group of Companies, Willy and Son’s Corporation are just some of the company’s major dealers. Currently, the company became a part of SM Corporation, a leading retailer mall in the Philippines; primarily the company caters its products on the 71 branches of SM nationwide and probably may saturate all of the remaining branches of SM as time goes by. In order to cater the company’s business simultaneously and to accompany its fast phasing technology, the company put up its Sales and Marketing team in the heart of the City. The Sales and Marketing Office is currently located at West Trade Center, West Avenue, Quezon City.
B.H UNIQUE MARKETING CO. LTD. is in charge with the manufacturing and importing of the products of the company; while QUALITE MARKETING is in charge of marketing the products of the company to the local consumers.
